E- coupons save money at retailers such as amazon.com!
Just as with many good things, paper coupons seem to be declining. They are being replaced with e-coupons and coupon codes!
For several years now, people have been able to save money at online retailers, such as amazon.com with coupons codes. When you shop online with amazon, you can use coupon codes, which are an electronic coupon. Simply find the item you want or need, see if its on sale on their website. Then, go an internet search for ‘amazon.com coupon code’. You can often find free shipping, percentages off, and other great deals that you can combine with the same price!
But now, grocery chains, food and drug manufacturers, and even coupon marketers themselves are going electronic. The concept is almost as simple as scissors and the Sunday paper: Visit a Web site, type in your loyalty codes, and find all the coupons waiting for you, electronically, at a store’s cash register or even on your cell phone.
The hope is that these electronic discounts will revive the dying coupon business. Only 0.5% of the 285 billion coupons issued last year were redeemed, according to coupon processor NCH, down from an average of 1% a decade ago.
Part of the problem is that newspaper readership is declining, so fewer people are looking at the Sunday circulars. The younger shoppers sought by marketers read their news online. And fewer people these days have time to clip, organize and sort coupons each week.
And since we all seem to have time to surf the Net and talk on our cell phones, these areas are where the industry is casting its net for savvy coupon clippers.
“We are committed to reaching our customers when and where they are most receptive,” says Jenifer Nunnelley, a Procter & Gamble spokeswoman.
Grocery giant Kroger, which owns Ralphs, King Soopers, City Market, Dillons, Smith’s Food & Drug Stores and eight other supermarket chains, has coupons from Procter & Gamble loaded on its store card.

Coupons can be helpful for saving money. You can get coupons for everything from groceries and health and beauty items, to prescription medicine- even electronics at retailers such as amazon.com! When using coupons, especially for groceries, make sure to compare prices of the name brand item with the coupon to the price of the same item in an off-brand without a coupon.
The name-brand item plus a coupon may still cost more than the off-brand item at regular price. A good sale matched with a coupon can be a good deal. And it could be even a greater deal if a store offers double coupons and has a sale at the same time. But, beware of this trap.
Most stores offering double or triple coupons have higher prices on most of their groceries. You will most likely get the best deal by buying an item that is on sale and combining it with a coupon which will double or triple. Your savings are increased more if you have a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon to use that the same time on the same product! Rebates can also be good, especially if matched with a sale and coupons. You have heard stories of how someone only spent $20 for $120 worth of groceries by combining coupons, sales and rebates. It can be done, but this usually is a rare event. I have done it myself, and its not easy, and it really doesn’t happen often! Places to find “good” coupons are the Sunday newspapers, local coupon clubs. You can also join what are called coupon ‘trains’, which involves mailing coupons to other people.
One person makes an envelope with coupons, sends it to the next, who takes out what they want and replaces the number of coupons they took with new coupons. Another good way to get coupons of high value is to write the manufacturer of a product you use. They usually send several valuable coupons for your trouble. Groceries are not the only thing you can save on. You can also save at retailers such as amazon.com.
The best way to get the best deal is to shop these retailers online though www.dailynewdeals.com. When you shop online with amazon.com, you can use coupon codes, which are an electronic coupon. Since amazon does not often issue paper coupons for use in their store, purchasing online is usually the best way to get the best deal. IF best buy has something you want or need, see if its on sale on their website. Then, go an internet search for ‘amazon.com coupon code’. You can often find free shipping, percentages off, and other great deals that you can combine with the same price!

Online Shopping Deals
With our busy lifestyles, online shopping has become more commonplace than going to the mall. Whether you are looking for a new DVD player, Ipod, or school clothes for the kids, it’s usually easier, and faster, to do your shopping online. In addition, you can get some fantastic deals doing it that way. However, to maximize the deals you get, you need to pay attention to the box on the checkout screen that says ‘coupon code’, promo code or shopping code. Because that box means that you are quite likely to find an online coupon- or coupon code- and get a discount on your purchase! Online shoppers who get the best deals learned long ago that spending a few minutes looking for these deals saves them money! Sites such as www.dailynewdeals.com compile coupon codes for most retailers including BestBuy.com, Amazon.com and even Ritzcamera.com! These coupon codes save you money! To use the code you simply jot it down (or to make it even easier, copy and paste it) and place it in the coupon code or promo code box when you check out. Tips for using coupon codes:
- When you find the coupon code you want to use, check its expiration date. A discount code does you no good if you can no longer use it!
- Write down the coupon code and type it into the box. Copying and pasting often leaves a small space before the code, and the website does not “see” it. If you do copy and paste, make sure there are no spaces at the front of your coupon code
- Before finalizing your purchase, look at the coupon code and your final price to make sure it is reflected properly.
Looking for coupon codes and promo codes is on the rise. More and more consumers are becoming savvy shoppers when it comes to buying online. As shoppers surf for coupon codes, they also find thousands of conventional coupons that can be printed and used in regular stores! The rising cost of gas and rising food prices is also spurring on the practice of being coupon savvy.

One of the best-kept secrets in the online shopping world is the use of promotional coupons. Promotional coupons are codes that companies send out for discounts, freebies (free items) and price reductions off of various products. To use the coupon code, enter in the code in the check out area. Merchandisers use these codes for promotional purposes, and send them to select, targeted groups of individuals that have signed up for the company mailing list, or perhaps have purchased from them previously. But what is the best way to receive coupon or promo codes?
www.dailynewdeals.com allow you to print coupons from your computer. You can use these coupons in your local grocery stores and big box stores to help you save money. Using IP (internet printable) coupons combined with store coupons, and coupons from the Sunday paper allow me to save anywhere from 50 – 75% on my grocery bill each week! You can register to receive new coupon notifications via email as well! Your store will then email you their weekly specials and special customer coupons! Many people do not realize that grocery stores will email (and sometimes send paper coupons via regular postal delivery) their customers store coupons (which you can use with manufacturer coupons).
By registering on their site, and having the store discount card, you can save a lot of money! The easiest way to receive coupon codes for online stores such as amazon.com, BestBuy.com or even staples.com is to register on their website to subscribe to their mailing list. Companies often only send coupon codes to those who are on their mailing list, or have purchased from the store previously. So when you are shopping online, or even if there is a particular store you like shopping from, look to see if you can receive a mailing list or email newsletter. These will often have coupons and discount codes for future purchases! In addition to the coupon codes you can receive in your email, there is another way to find coupon codes. Sites such as www.dailynewdeals.com compile promotional codes from various retailers and put them on an easy to use site. The site is updated daily, so you don’t have to try and find the most recent coupon code! Being patient will allow you to get great online shopping deals! With patience and taking a few minutes to find discount codes, every online shopper can find great bargains!

We all hear stories of how someone saved 50 percent- or more on purchasing things from amazon.com, bestbuy.com or even circuitcity.com. How is it you always seem to miss the best deals? If you find yourself wondering, how you can find these deals? How can you get the latest gadgets and not pay full price?
I am going to let you in on my secret. I have not paid full price on ANYTHING- from electronics to furniture or even groceries in years. And its not because I don’t shop- quite the contrary- I love shopping, and spend a great deal of time indulging myself! But I hate spending money. The compromise? Coupon codes, promo codes, discounts and coupons!
Online coupons can come in the form of Promotional codes, coupon codes, or online discounts. These discounts entitle you for special offers and sales. The codes can be all numbers, all letters, or a combination of the two. These are promotional codes online stores- such as Amazon, circuit city and Best Buy use to get you to buy their merchandise.
You save money while shopping online by using these promo codes offered by online merchants to improve repeat business and obtain new customers. Benefits can include free shipping, gifts, discounts, or a percentage off your purchase price.
By making use of coupon codes, shoppers save on a range of products and services from electronics, clothing, toys, and kitchen appliances…almost anything you buy online has a coupon code you can use with it! The best part of these offers is that often you can use more than one on a purchase- that makes your discount even bigger!
Let’s take Amazon.com for example. One of their best-kept secrets (straight from their website!) is that if a price for an already-released item decreases within 30 days after we (Amazon.com) ship the item to you, we’ll (they’ll) be glad to refund the difference in price if you contact us (them). That’s all. All you have to do is let them know, and they will refund you the difference!
There are restrictions to this- it applies only to products that have already been released (meaning no pre-sale items), it only applies to items sold by Amazon.com, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our (amazon.com) site, Promotions such as buy one, get one free are not eligible, and if the item you purchased had a rebate with it, the price of the item after the rebate is not considered to be the Amazon.com price.
If you use a coupon code when you check out and later find they have lowered the price- you will still receive a refund based on the item price BEFORE the coupon code was applied! In addition, utilizing amazon.com’s supersaver shipping, which is free shipping when your order totals $25 or more (on select items) you further increase your savings!
Before making a purchase make sure you look online at sites such as the www.dailynewdeals.com to find the best coupon codes and discounts!
